Thank you for your feedback, Erin. The start of your order to the cancellation of your order and Annual Savings Plan was over 3 business days. Our team reached out within 24 hours to update the patient on the account. We reached again on the second day to update the order to match the prescription we received. And you cancelled on the third day after an IT ticket was put in 12 hours previous to have your account corrected for you. We did process your refund as requested. I am sorry we were not able to help you or your pet with their medication needs. Be well! - The team at DiRx

Hi Kent. Thanks for sharing your info. We were having some issues getting the RX transferred over from your previous pharmacy. But I called them today and they indicated that they would send it over to us today. -Brian from DiRx
