First order took too long to process…
First order took too long to process and deliver. About 10-12 days. Otherwise looking forward to using the service.

Bait & Switch???
When I first looked up my scripts, they were all covered under the basic plan. When I order my first refill, I was told one Rx was not covered. I had to pay for the upgraded plan. This feels like the typical bait and switch scam. I have not had time to double check I’d my script was covered under the initial plan I paid for. However, when I do and it happened that the Rx is covered under the initial plan, I will be asking for a refund. Also, the script took much longer than I usually expect for a mail service refill. Hopefully, there are not more surprises.

We do have listed under the drug name which plan it is covered under at the top of the page. We also offer a list of medications that each plan covers.
