Good support with knowledgeable staff

This was an absolutely horrible experience. The customer service was awful. I waited three weeks for this prescription because the pharmacy where it was originally sent was not responding to your request to send it to you. But nobody from your company contacted me to tell me that. I could’ve gone to them fixed that immediately. Finally when I contacted you to see why I hadn’t got my prescription somebody said oh we forgot to go in to the order and request it again from the other pharmacy. That was ridiculous that was such poor service. I will not use your company again awful process!!

I was paying $75 for a 90 day supply before DiRX. Now I pay less than $20 for that same 90 day supply. In this day and time every dollar counts.

I like the box inside the box and that all the drug information is included. I wish there was a way to return the inside box to you for reuse.
