I am extremely pleased with the timing and cost of my order. I currently do not have insurance and was very stressed about affording my medication. My only regret is not finding your company earlier because I paid even less with you than my copay was when I had insurance. I have 2 other prescriptions I will be transferring to you as well. I don’t remember the exact date it was the beginning of November or the end of October.

Thank you for your feedback. We share your frustration. As a nationally licensed pharmacy, DiRx is fully compliant with federal regulations requiring the validation of every prescription. While we do reach out to validate, it may take time for some prescribers or transferring pharmacies to respond with the required information. Many customers find that reaching out to their prescribers directly to request the prescription be sent to DiRx (NCPDP #5707801) generally yields a much faster response. Once validated, prescriptions are generally shipped within 24-48 business hours. We hope to have another opportunity to show you how fast and convenient the process can be. - DiRx
