I'm a first time customer so didn't really know what to expect. Sent in my husband and my meds. Mine I had no trouble, but my husband's was a little confusing. My order was sent, then canceled. I ended up calling to find out what was going on. The lady was very nice and we got it straightened out. We shall see how my re order goes.

Once we got past the middle initial issue on my prescription everything was great. Also wonderful to call and get someone who spoke English, not some call center half way across the world.
