I placed a prescription order on Jan 7th, it is now Jan 18, 2023 and still nothing has been done. No follow up emails regarding status, no prescription. This is not acceptable. GoodRX handled my other prescriptions immediately. Would not recommend this company.

Very easy process. Set up account, the medicine that I needed. Doctors information and then received the medication in 5 days.

Smooth. Thankful for f up phone call. Directions on who chases down scripts could be clearer. Does my Dr call you or do you call my doctor. My doctor's office seems slow to respond.

I like the fact that I don't have to go pick them up. Very convenient to have then mailed

I had some confusion regarding if it was possible to us a hard copy prescription when was populating the online order, so I contact the DIRX support Representative, and she answered my question then I was able to complete the online order. The order was delivered on time and the medication was correct.

As a recently retired retail pharmacist I was very impressed with the customer service experience. I feel like I control my prescription order with DirRx. I saw my Doctor on Tuesday and had my prescription on Saturday with free delivery!

When I contacted representative, she did not like that I wanted her to contact the pharmacy I originally placed my order, so quite frankly she left it for someone else to take care of, took my order an additional 3.5 weeks to get filled. Sigh. Otherwise, a three is for the lower prices and the kind representative I spoke to when it was finally ready. Thank you!
