I had to do all the work and it took about 3 weeks before I got a break through. shouldn't be that difficult to get an existing prescription transferred from a pharmacy. It will be interesting to see if you even attempt to renew it or not. Very Happy with the price however. Cheers!

Hi Ray. The delay associated with your order is becoming more common as cash-pay pharmacies like DiRx evolve. Your previous pharmacy would only transfer the prescription to us verbally. This is happening more and more as large pharmacies try to reduce lost prescriptions. In a situation like this both our pharmacist and their pharmacist have to be available to speak to transfer the prescription. This can be a significant challenge as the pharmacist is typically the busiest person in the building! We appreciate you contacting your doctor and requesting a new prescription be sent to us instead. Thank you. Be well!

Overall it was an very good experience. Great prices and speedy service. I have a problem with the over-packaging. I don't believe you need to pack the order in two boxes. It's a waste of paper and labor. I hope you discontinue your inner box and just use cardboard of environmentally proper soft packaging. Thanks.

Hi Miriam. Thanks for the feedback. We appreciate your suggestion and we have heard that from others as well. We will be introducing a new, more efficient means of packaging in the coming weeks. Thank you and Be well!

Got a email saying my order was delayed. I contacted customer support who quickly figured out why my order was on hold. The prescription refill was for my dog, but I had put myself down as the patient. Customer Service corrected all the paperwork, submitted it and we received our order in a few days.
