DiRx is doing great in prices, refills and shipping. When it comes to transferring prescriptions from other pharmacies, it could do better but, again, sometimes they are dealing with third parties.

I loved only getting my medicine for $5, especially with how expensive it was everywhere else. Only wish it didn’t take so long to arrive. I guess the process of getting my prescription from my pharmacy took a while. Overall, I’m satisfied!

Had to call a few times and they were very helpful. The delivery was very quick yes I will be refilling my prescriptions with DIRX again.

I cancelled my order. You shipped it anyway. You billed my credit card, but not for the amount you quoted. Etc etc etc.

Hi Alan. Unfortunately I don't see any record or notification to cancel your order. Once we received your prescription we shipped your order as placed. But please contact one of our Care agents at 877-367-3479 to discuss your comment about pricing. There were no changes to your order from the time it was placed until it was shipped. So, I am not aware of any changes in pricing. Please give us a call. Thank you
