The package is now 2 days late! It has been in transit for at least 5 days from Florida when I live in Missouri. I had no idea that it would take this long to receive! It took almost a month to get it filled. I can not wait 5-6 weeks to get a prescription filled. IF I finally get it AND it is a 2 month supply at the price I paid that would be the only reason your company would get the one star. I am a new customer and am disappointed in the service.

It's been great having a place I can trust with my health.

I used this service for a few months which initially was seamless, but then my prescription was delayed due to a supply shortage with minimal communication about what/when I could expect a refill. They suggested I get a one time refill at a local pharmacy, which became a headache with the prescriber because the current prescription had refills avaliable and they didn’t want to write an additional prescription. About a month later the company canceled my recurring order stating that they would be unable to ship due to market shortages beyond their control. There is no shortage of this drug per the FDA database of shortages. I would not reccomend this mail order service.

When they run out of certain drugs... they do not inform you so you can find another way to get your prescription filled. Customer service does not let you know when it can be shipped. After 3 calls I called their pharmacy dept and they immediately sent me an email to ship. They told me I also could go to my neighborhood pharmacy and have them call DIRX to let them have my prescription. Customer service does not have a clue that it can be dangerous for a person not to get their prescription and have no answers to help... a very stupid crew.

I received a call back within hours of my request. The representative was friendly and helpful to complete my prescription order. She was able to answer all questions I had related to their service.

The price was great. Communication very poor. It took a very long time to get my prescriptions.

Very surprised at the savings & value. Customer service responded in quick time with answers to questions. Quick process to transfer scripts. Only snag was scripts were filled to a smaller amount than ordered. Savings were appropriately 45% less than insurance adjustment. Happy camper.
