I was surprised and disappointed to find that DirX charged my credit card prior to shipping my prescription. This wasn't mentioned during the registration process.
Response from DiRxFeb 28, 2023
Hi Jeff. At DiRx, we place a hold for the order amount when the order is placed. however, we do not charge the card until the order has been fulfilled and is ready for shipment. Please feel free to contact one of our Care agents for more info. Be well!

I was pleasantly surprised how easy this company is to deal with! The phone customer service was great at answering all of my questions and making sure my order was received. I did the yearly plan and I’m saving so much money! The order came quickly and was nicely packaged and love the auto refill option!
