GREAT delivery and price especially with the annual program!!!

I ordered my rx and chose the contact my doctor for rx info option. After a week with no information, I called my Dr office but was told they hadn’t received a request so I called DiRx and they said they sent a fax to my doc already, but assured me they would send another and also call and verify. Another two days passed and I called my Dr again and they had received no fax and no call. Called DiRx again. They said they had sent the fax and would send again. I asked for confirmation of the fax and they wouldn’t give me that. I ended up having to ask my Dr to call DiRx to give them the info and by the time I got my order I was out of my med. if you place an order, just know they will not contact you to let you know they’re having trouble getting your info. And you can’t trust that they’re actually trying to contact your doctor. Be prepared to follow up multiple times.

The biggest struggle - as so many other people have indicated - is getting your Dr to get the scripts to DiRX. I took a sheet with all the requested scripts and the DiRX contact info to my dr to make it happen. Once done, the order was quickly and accurately processed

User friendly, timely response

Price was very good, much cheapier than at the stores. Ho hassle, and delivered on time.

This is my first time using DiRx and I was very happy with the customer service rep that helped me and the speed in which my order was shipped. They had, in stock, a hard to find Rx ointment that one of my dogs was in need of and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be using them in the future for the same and other meds that my pups are needing.

DiRx is better than the drug stores I used in the past. They are prompt at getting me my drugs on time. I no longer have to go to the drug store and wait in lines. DiRx saves me money. It is cheaper to buy the drugs from DiRx than use my insurance and pay deductibles. What a great drug store.
