If you are wanting your prescriptions anytime soon do not use the place. I ordered 3 prescriptions and got 1 after 3 weeks. Still waiting on 2 more . Not worth the aggravation. Totally waste of time. Now they are telling me they can’t even get one and cancel my order.

As a first time user and a purchaser of an annual plan, I was shocked that an Rx sent by my doctor doesn’t suffice. Apparently, I need to order the prescriptions first. Where on your website is that pointed out? The medication, which was supposed to be rushed, took three days to arrive
Response from DiRxMar 29, 2023
Hi there. Sorry for any confusion. But, yes! You do need to order your prescriptions on our website or through one of our care agents even if we receive the RX from your prescriber. We hope that this makes sense going forward. Thanks for being a DiRx customer. Be well!
