Had to call a couple times and then finally e-mail about where my order was. It took a month to get it, but I think Fry's Pharmacy was part to blame for the delay in transferring the scripts to them. But they could have had better communication with me. Good prices though!

Great customer service with this company, great communication. Switching my prescription from where I was previously getting it was easy and best of all it made an expensive medicine affordable!

When ordering a prescription it arrived and I noticed that the pill might be different, when I called your pharmacy tech was great and able to explain that it was the exact but a different maker than what I had been receiving!

I was very happy with the cost of my meds and the availability of pharmacists for questions…I felt safe since the pharmacists are accredited by my state and federally and that meds come from USA.

I used DiRx for the first time because the other mail order pharmacy I had been using became very negligent in their customer service. I was almost out of my pills, but put in my first order with DiRx at 10:00 PM, got an email the next day that they had been shipped, and received them the day after that! Thanks for the great and reliable service, DiRx!
