My prescription was way cheaper than any other place I tried. My only complaint was they said they would call my pharmacy to transfer my prescription and 3 weeks later it was still not done. They then put a rush on it and I had it about a week later. I’m still very happy.

Great Customer Services. All Staff were very professional and at the time they have the interpersonal skills that connected to me! Thank you for helping me with my complicate RX. At the end I ended up paid for my RX with DIRX instead of using my insurance with high copay.

Remarkably less expensive than CVS even with a good rx discount. Was processed and mailed out in less than a week. My questions were answered politely and fully with minimal time on hold

It took almost a month for my scripts to be fully requested for transfer. Half way thru March my old pharmacy told me they had not received anything from you.

I found out later that your prices turn out much higher than the other online pharmacies. Your service was good.

First, the website ordering system wouldn't work. A telephone call remedied that. Then, I asked them to pull the Rx from another pharmacy. Not having heard anything from them, I proceeded to ask my physician to send in a new Rx. That eventually got through but; it took a long time to get the med. If I'm in a hurry going forward, I'll not use them. If time isn't critical, it's hard to beat the price. All things considered, I'll likely use them again and reevaluate the experience.

Easy to order
