Great communication with doctors and pharmacy and my pills arrived quickly within four days. Walgreens price for my three pills was $158 also using good RX. I only paid $10.00 for all three pills. Big saving.

total scam!! First prescription and 1 refill were less than had previously paid. When I sought 2nd refill, price had increased by more than 1100%!!! When I learned that my prescription manager (via prescription insurance) was changing, I checked DiRx to see how its prices compared to both my old and new prescription insurance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that DiRx would charge $35 per month, which was less than 1/2 of the then-current prescription insurance coverage. In order to check on quality of service, I only had my doctor write 1 prescription and 1 refill. I was quite happy with service. DiRx texted me when my 2nd refill was expiring asking me if they should contact my doctor for additional refills. No mention was made regarding any price change. When I went online, I saw that the new price for the medication was in excess of $450. I assumed that this was a mistake. I called customer service. Service person was also surprised at vast price change. After being put on hold,service person returned and informed me that the new price was correct and that the price that I had been charged the first 2 times was a mistake. I was told that I should be happy that I received the first 2 prescriptions so cheaply. Absurd!! At minimum, the text offering to refill the prescription should have noted the price change. If I had not reviewed the current cost prior to re-ordering, I would have either had to pay 1100% more or scramble to get refill filled. DiRx, in my experience, lures person in with low initial price and then increases cost greatly shortly thereafter. DiRx "responded" to my complaint. See below for its respond. I am now commenting on its response: DiRx agrees that there was a "dramatic" increase in the price when I sought to renew my prescription. I would call an increase of 1100% (yes, 1100% is not a typo) more than "dramatic." How is this even possible unless the initial price was a loss leader intended to suck me in. Note that DiRx agrees that it did not inform me of this huge increase when it texted me seeking to renew the prescription. DiRx agrees that it has no method of doing so. Attempting to place the onus on me for not anticipating the 1100% increase by locking in a year's worth of this prescription -- this was my first use of DiRx -- is disingenuous. My advice to all users; check the price against what you paid in the past to see whether it remains the same of close to what you paid previously.

This is my second time to order, price & time is a factor in ordering from DiRx...great service, will keep coming back....

This is my first time ordering meds via mail order. The prices were slightly higher than the Canadian mail order that I used for one of my meds at the same time (because the price difference on the Jardiance was significant to justify the wait time from Canada). The whole process with DiRx was easy. The only complaint that I have is that the padded shipping envelope that my prescriptions came in was ripped open and an RX bottle could have fallen out. I think they should ship in a cardboard box to eliminate this potential disaster.
