The wrong prescription was filled. I gave the name of the doctor who prescribed it and the number in the order. Instead, you filled a prescription from a different doctor with half the number of pills in it.

Hi Rachel. Unfortunately, we can only only fill the order to match what the prescriber has written. In some instances, the prescriber will reduce the amount in lieu of a follow-up doctor appointment. Please follow up with your prescriber if you have any follow up questions. Be well!
