Update: even worse experience trying to get a refill. Confirmed my doctor had sent the script and placed the order with over a week remaining. Followed up 4 times in the last 3 days and got a different response each time. Maybe it was an inventory issue because DiRx did or didn't have stock depending who I asked and which time. One rep told me it was an IT issue, though whether that was meant to explain the pharmacy's delay in filling or the CSR leaving me on hold for half an hour while they tried and failed to get ahold of the pharmacist is anyone's guess. Multiple people told me they'd contact the pharmacist and call me back, but no one ever did. End result is I'm running out of my medicine tomorrow, DiRx has no idea when they'll fill an order they accepted over a week ago, and their best suggestion was I should call around my local pharmacies to see if anyone has my meds in stock. Absolutely awful experience all around. Took a full week to confirm and fill my prescription. I had already confirmed receipt of my prescription prior to placing the order. Made multiple follow-up calls in which DIRX rep reported incorrect prescription receipt date and assured prescription would ship same day, which it did not.
