I hope everything will be better in the future, but it’s been 2.5 weeks and I still haven’t received my medication. I think that’s probably a lot to do with USPS, but it’s DiRX who is choosing to use USPS….

I've been using DIRx for a year. All orders have been filled timely and without issue. If a prescription expires, DIRx sends a prompt for renewal. Not having to travel to a pharmacy is great.

Having one payment once a year is fantastic! It is way cheaper than going through my insurance. I told my doctor about it and she took the info down to pass on to her other patients as well! I also love that I never run out of my prescriptions due to the automatic refill and being delivered to my home, which makes it soooo much easier on me!!

Our experience was a little bumpy to begin with. There was an issue getting one of our prescriptions transferred. But in the end, it all worked out and we received them. Of course, we would all like shipping to be faster. Overall the experience was positive.
