I was able to get my medication at a very low price, something my insurance was not covering and I had to pay out of pocket. My pharmacy was charging me $60, I couldn't afford that, luckily I found DiRx and got it for $27 unbelievable.

Moving most of my husband's generic medications to DiRx has greatly helped him stay out of the dreaded "donut hole" for longer this year, which keeps his branded meds covered under medicare (that he gets locally). I dinging one star because I find the web interface very difficult to navigate and often have to resort to calling. There needs to be a dedicated "messages" board and an easy to find list of his medications and the current status of them. This list does not exist. DiRx, if you're listening, have a peek at other drugstores' web page. You will see the difference. Thanks!

This is my second time to order from DIRX. The first time was very timely. This time it is taking longer than expected. The customer service rep. get high marks for being knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I would give 5 stars but my order still hasn't arrived. I received a message that it shipped on 8/15 and it is now 8/22 and not here yet. I tracked the order and supposedly it will arrive today. I find it odd that it would take 7 days to be mailed from Texas to deliver in Oklahoma.

So glad I found out about DiRX. My husband is on numerous medications for Diabetes, high blood pressure, and a history of 2 small strokes, and I am on medication for high blood pressure. We are on Medicare. DiRX has the most affordable prices and the auto refill option is very prompt and efficient. Also, if you need to contact customer service, they respond quickly to resolve any issues. Highly recommend!
