First of all, I didn’t buy anything from Dirty Bird. If you are affiliated with AR Discounts, I did. I’m very please with AR Discounts. Used them several times, website is easy to use, good information on products. Service is fast, and order correct. Only mistake was me on a nice gas block. Wrong size, 6.25 instead of 7.50. Thought I selected 7.50, sooner or later I’ll get a pencil barrel. Thank you, Peter

Great service and fast shipping Thank You

Oh I finally got the second part of my order. I wont give higher than a 3 star as long as they use that DHL shipping. I was paying for USPS and that is was I expected but that was not what I got. They were not upfront about using that smart post nonsense specially using it with DHL which is the hands down worst domestic shipping company running. Had I known I would have gone elsewhere. So while buying from them is not a problems and parts can be cheaper than a lot of places if you shop around beware of the time factor. If you need it you'll have to pay for the much higher priced shipping to get it out of the hands of DHL

Hello! I am very sorry in the delay in shipping you had with your order. I don't know how your order would have gotten into the hands of DHL as we don't use them for any shipping. Rest assured, we typically use USPS, as well as Fedex and UPS and we are always willing to accommodate our customers if they have a parcel service they prefer. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Never bought anything from this company before. Suspicious of how they got my email and are asking me to review their products. - update, the company informed me that I received the review request from a purchase of a former sister company. Thanks for resolving this.

Hello, I am very sorry for the confusion and inconvenience of this situation. You received an email asking for a trustpilot review for our sister company, Dirty Bird USA/Dirty Bird Industries. You erroneously received this email because you shopped with our company AR15Discounts, which at the time, was using the same website hosting service as Dirty Bird USA. I would like to clarify that your personal information has NOT been compromised. Simply, too many of our older customers on one of our sites were asked to give a review. Once again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience and we know how stressful something like this can be. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Have a wonderful day!
