I ordered from them on 5/5/2026 and had my FFL send in the license the same day. They claim they didn't get it until 2 days later, On 5/12/2026, their website shows the item has shipped but my FedEx account only says that a label has been created...I have a hunting trip scheduled for 5/16/2026 and it's looking like my item won't be here. I've never had a wait like this and I've ordered from at least 3 different sites in the past. I'm moving them to the bottom of my list going forward...

I was never informed that 1 part I ordered went on backorder or given a off backorder date

Purchasing my pistol I had a great experience the sales guy was on point took the time to show me different styles of handguns. And I made my decision with no problem. When it came time to pick up my gun the young girl who helped me was rude and very short with me. She was complaining about how much paperwork I brought with me. Overall made a good experience not so great.
