Got 2 hammers in a trigger kit. No trigger. No response. Going on 2 weeks. Phone. Bullshit. Chat. Bullshit. Email. Bullshit.

I’ve tried to exchange & as for a refund for my item 4 Or 5 times with no response. That’s just bad business.

I made an order that came up to 49.95. So I added another item to get free shipping. When I checked out, the other item was removed and I didn't notice until after final checkout. I emailed them immediately. They ignored the email and sent my order with shipping charges added and missing the other item. This was my first and last order. I order accessories to maintain a very large collection for a museum.

Not a good experience at all. Placed an order on 12/26. After about a week, I reached out and got an immediate response which was great. My follow up questions went ignored. I had to follow up 3 times and threaten to cancel my order before I got a response promising for my order to be shipped out this week, and that I’d receive an email with tracking. I emailed today following up and wouldn’t you know it, it went ignored. No email response, and no tracking. I’m assuming that it was not sent as promised. What’s even more upsetting is that I ordered this finding out later that it was well overpriced, and could have saved about $200 if I had just been a little bit patient. All that to say this. This place is overpriced, and you won’t get responses so it’s best to be a little more patient and shop around. Just because it’s “in stock” doesn’t mean you’ll get it anytime soon. Hot tip: Use the FFL tool and contact them directly before placing your order. That’s how I found out that the firearm I ordered was $200 cheaper at the FFL location.

Extremely slow shipping.

I won’t be doing business again here. My order had showed half my address which I sent an email and was replied , no we have it correct and it should be there in a few days. A week later still haven’t received and they showed it was delivered the following day to my address. After running around I found it was sent back to this company which they should’ve already seen. Once I found and corrected them they said, ok I see it now. All because the address wasn’t printed on the shipper in the first place like I first warned them about. Then they ask if I want a refund. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Absolutely ridiculous shipping service. Company sent me a notification that my item had been shipped but didn't actually give it to USPS until five days later. I live less than two hours from this company, it's been eight days and I still haven't received my package. I will not be buying from Dirty Bird USA again.

7 days and I still don't have my ammo.
