Hello! Unfortunately, it looks like you purchased your product on the 21st, which was a Saturday and this was also right before Christmas, so we got the order out within 2 or 3 business days, which was the 26th. Typically, we are able to get orders out within 1-2 business days and we are getting caught up on all of our orders. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Best, Michael Earnest
