I won’t be doing business here again
I won’t be doing business again here. My order had showed half my address which I sent an email and was replied , no we have it correct and it should be there in a few days. A week later still haven’t received and they showed it was delivered the following day to my address. After running around I found it was sent back to this company which they should’ve already seen. Once I found and corrected them they said, ok I see it now. All because the address wasn’t printed on the shipper in the first place like I first warned them about. Then they ask if I want a refund. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Hey Bryan! I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, our order processor missed the incorrect address that was input at the time of checkout. I have reached out to them to make sure they don't miss this in the future, and have done some training with them to ensure we can minimize this moving forward. Also, I see that we issued a refund about a week ago. If you would like to give us another shot, I would be happy to get you hooked up on your next order. Have a great day! Michael Earnest
