Optics prices were a steal! I placed my order on Saturday 3/22 (likely not seen until Monday 3/24) and got a shipping notification on Tuesday 3/25, and was on my doorstep by Monday 3/31. One week turn around isn't Amazon Prime, but it ain't bad considering I grew up when shipping took 4-6 weeks at best and most of the time was on USPS anyway. Great prices on Primary Arms optics...I might need to grab a few more.

In my first shipment half of my order was missing, I emailed that day, called the next day, emailed again two days after that, it took me going to the sister company AR15discounts and using their live chat to get in contact with anyone from Dirty Bird Industries. This was 6 days after initially emailing. Once I did get in contact they were very helpful and made sure to make my order right, but the 6 days missing half a shipment with no contact was very frustrating

Not a good experience at all. Placed an order on 12/26. After about a week, I reached out and got an immediate response which was great. My follow up questions went ignored. I had to follow up 3 times and threaten to cancel my order before I got a response promising for my order to be shipped out this week, and that I’d receive an email with tracking. I emailed today following up and wouldn’t you know it, it went ignored. No email response, and no tracking. I’m assuming that it was not sent as promised. What’s even more upsetting is that I ordered this finding out later that it was well overpriced, and could have saved about $200 if I had just been a little bit patient. All that to say this. This place is overpriced, and you won’t get responses so it’s best to be a little more patient and shop around. Just because it’s “in stock” doesn’t mean you’ll get it anytime soon. Hot tip: Use the FFL tool and contact them directly before placing your order. That’s how I found out that the firearm I ordered was $200 cheaper at the FFL location.

Hey Eric! I am very sorry for the delay in you getting your order. I do see that we responded to your emails about FFL documentation and that we had let you know we were working on getting an updated license from them. We also let you know that the order would go out 5-10 business days from the time we received the license, as we have been getting caught up from all our Black Friday and holiday sales. Please email us if you have any other questions or concerns or please call us at 1-800-992-5060 and we would be happy to get you taken care of. I will reach out with our team to see if there is an update with the FFL. Best, Michael Earnest

Hello! Unfortunately, it looks like you purchased your product on the 21st, which was a Saturday and this was also right before Christmas, so we got the order out within 2 or 3 business days, which was the 26th. Typically, we are able to get orders out within 1-2 business days and we are getting caught up on all of our orders. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Best, Michael Earnest
