Employees were great!

Fast delivery and good product

I have ordered parts from Dirybird in the past and have been very satisfied. This order was no exception. Aero precision two stage trigger delivered as promised. Just installed it this week. Have not been able to shoot it yet but fit and function fine

Great fast shipping arrived on time and didn’t require signature

I made an order that came up to 49.95. So I added another item to get free shipping. When I checked out, the other item was removed and I didn't notice until after final checkout. I emailed them immediately. They ignored the email and sent my order with shipping charges added and missing the other item. This was my first and last order. I order accessories to maintain a very large collection for a museum.

quick and quality

9-5 update: I was contacted by Jennifer from AR15 Discounts/DirtyBird and she rectified the situation. So I am upgrading from 1 to 4 stars. I purchased the TWF Frame For Glock 17 Gen 3 & 4 but it's not compatible with gen 3. The "Compliance Manager" Spencer Pope told me to go ask Lone Wolf. Your description was incorrect, you sold it, I'm your customer, you fix it. Well, was your customer. I hate it when these companies are unwilling to discuss issues like humans. Just "no, we don't care, we got your money, go away." Sure, I'll just be over here *-ing myself.

Have the peace of mind that your order will arrive, I was hesitant I placed my order 5 days later I got my full order and 2 cool stickers. I have placed order on 3 other sites and they came in weeks later Dirty Bird did a great job they will be my go to.
