I would like to send great reviews about my customer service rep who led me through the entire experience of switching internet/tv services. She was friendly, comforting, patient, a true genuine individual. I was nervous about the commitment and change of service providers but she answered all questions and helped with confusions of disclosures. She really put me at ease with the transition. OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND REPRESENTATIVE.

Sean/Shawn helped me switch from Time Warner Cable, which was not giving me nor my boyfriend good service. Sean helped with setting up my service, answer all of my questions with a positive attitude, and was very relatable to my lifestyle. I really appreciated his service, and is one of the reasons I chose AT&T.

Installation went fast and so far the image quality and cost are much better than Spectrum.

Ill sum it up in one word Julian the first tech that actually knows what the hell he is talking about. Polite,courteous, efficient, and caring.The reason for caring is my wife was home sick and Julian was quiet and courteous to my wife.

I called the customer service number and was connected to a service in India or the Philippines.i could hardly understand what the lady was saying,she asked me to repeat my ss number five times and I was kept on the phone for 45minutes.when the technician came out he had the wrong address and no supplies to hook me up because customer service got my order wrong.i then called to customer service here in the states and was able to speak to someone I could understand and they knew exactly what I wanted,they were more professional and I was only on the phone for 30 minutes.i got great deals and I'm very satisfied.thank you
