I am very pleased with the process of my order so far.

So fAr my experience speaking with reps have been incredible . I was a customer 4-5 years ago and it was pretty good then but apparently product quality and service have improved along with keeping prices down. I hope my final opinion remains the same as the initial

I am excited to be a first time DTV customer. I hope the experience matches my level of excitement.

I made the switch from cable to Direct TV and have been extremely pleased with the entire experience. Service was quick and easy an the technician, Chris Bonneau, was at my house the next day. Chris was fast, knowledgable and stayed to make sure my wife and I had a complete comprehensive understanding of how everything works. He really wiped clear any nerves I had regarding the change over from something I knew, to something different and innovative. If Direct TV is run by men and women like Chris, it's a company ill be happy to stay with for many years to come.

The representative were all very friendly, accomodating, and patient. So far so good.

I ordered Direct TV last night and it was painless. My rep was knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I cant wait for the install team to get it up and running at my house. SL

The process of getting information into your home is getting more complex and more expensive. I fear we are suffering somewhere in the transition to the dollar bill and misinformation I am hoping for big things from direct tv stay tuned!

i will defnetly recommend lot better then time warner cable they are so badd just got this service now so far the best .. good thanks and keep up good work folks ;)
