The ordering, installation, & use of the service was and is OUTSTANDING, professional, and something I would recommend to everyone!

This is my first experience with Directv. My family has been wanting to get set up with a different company for a while, and when we were finally able to afford what we thought they were going to charge us, it turns out that we were pulled through many hoops just to find out it would cost nearly $400.00 just to get signed up. As a last ditch effort we decided to give Directv a call, just to see the difference. I am so happy we did! The phone representative that took care of my family's needs was very helpful. He was able to get us the best rates at a fraction of the cost. Everything that we were able to get will help our family tremendously. Thank you Directv for being so customer and more importantly PEOPLE friendly!!!!! Now we can even enjoy the Superbowl next Sunday because of you! I will definetly be sharing my good experience with other family and friends.

Dude came to my place and noticed he had to run everything from scratch I mean literally i walked with him in all the rooms and saw that there was no cables ran or anything and Eddie was happy to accomodate with all my questions and requests. Such as making sure all cable runs were 90 degree lay out versus just leaving the cable where it was and having to have myself go and do the extra work. He also explained everything about the system and whats cool about the Genie set up. Thanks Eddie R.! Appreciate your professionalism and your will to get it done right the first time.

Direct TV is so much better than Brighthouse

Your technician was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, patient,and helpful. We had cable and the wiring was deplorable, David spent the necessary time to correct the poor wiring it looks so much better. If you would like I will send you pictures, it's so perfect. Later that evening he called so back to make sure we had no issues. [ is this guy for real}. I would be willing to pay for any cloning of David and so should you. I would like to verify that , the statement will be monthly and mailed to me. and I would like to know if their are other ways to make a payment such as amscott a paystation and I know that you can mail the payment and call in a payment. But most important to me is that this account is not set up to come out of the account that I made my intial payment I do not want that please and thank you for all of your time. Abel Carmenates
