I think Directv is the way to go, you should give them a least a try .

moved into a house where direct tv was installed by previous owner. the person who set up direct tv drilled holes everywhere around the house with cables running through walls and up into the roof. i wanted all the cabling removed and the holes patched up and so called direct tv. found out that they don't remove the cabling. so they install everything and don't even clean up the mess they've made after service. i would never want to get service from a company that doesn't take responsibility for the mess they've created. furthermore, the rep was super pushy. instead of answering my question he kept trying to sell me direct tv. took me 3 minutes into the phone call to get a "no" to my question. so annoying and total turn off. perhaps if he took the time to answer my question directly or be somewhat helpful, i would in turn take the time to listen to him.

everything went great installer was polite and very helpful. The only thing was the remote was different from the old one.,but soon learned how to use it.

I was looking for a way to save money due to the bad economy and my pending furlough. Direct TV has saved me over $100 and I don't lose any convienences. I gained channels.

Not being a "techy" person, I was worried about the installation, but Justin made it simple to understand and I was very pleased with his friendly, professional manner also. Good variety of packages to choose from with special discounts for the 24 month purchase option. Would recommend Direct TV to family and friends! Thanks again to Justin (431311) for a job well done! although the tec was late he worked till 8:00 pm to finish. he explained all the features and was very through. I"m so glad i got rid of brighthouse there product was not very good.I would refer my friend to your service.

The mostly good - Installer was EXCELLENT - professional AND friendly. I felt really good that you hired him to represent your company. Surprised to see his supervisor drop in to check on progress, surprised in a good way. makes me realize that you care about your customers. Snall bad - when setting up the account, we asked for both the husband and wife names to be on the account. Only the wife's name was there. We were asked for both phone numbers, again only the wife's number was on file. One idea for improvement - the DirectTV channel guide that is part of the instruction book should actually be on your website instead of the way you show packages. This presentation of what is available and more importantly what is missing, does a much better job summarizing than your existing packages and channels pages. Now as long as your equipment works better than the cable company we will be really happy.
