Direct Solar Power with very prompt with my order of the EG4 Brightmount Rack System, and it was shipped quickly. Regretfully, the box was damaged during UPS shipment and many major components were missing from the package on arrival. Direct Solar Power was alerted to the dilemma and responded quickly. A replacement EG4 Brightmount rack was shipped and received in an expeditious manner. Christian, Thank you so much for your assistance! Superb Customer Service. Merry Christmas Direct Solar Power Team!

had a bunch of questions and Christian answered them. Now hopefully after using three different inverters this one will have the correct software and will solve the problem. Thanks for the help!

I was a bit skeptical of buying from a new company first and spoke to Christian. He answered all my questions and made sure my order shipped quickly. I would buy from them again anytime, and I recommend them.
