Everything was great after they got the Eg4 hybrid mini splits back in stock. The shipment was pretty quick. My gripe is they didn't show "out of stock" when I ordered it. I was notified after the payment went through a day or two after. A few delays on when they were expected a shipment (which I know is out of their hands).

You're right about the stock status; the product you ordered should have shown as out of stock at the time of your order. We've since made adjustments to prevent that kind of confusion moving forward. That said, I'm glad everything went smoothly once we had them back in stock and that shipping was quick.
