I had been ordering from the company I was instructed to when I first received my CPAC machine. Their ordering system was by phone and after an unkown charge appeared on my credit card statement the day after my order I didn't want to order from them again. I did a little research and saw a few people recommend DirectHomeMedical on Reddit and decided to try them. So far I'm happy.

Ordering from this company was a breeze. I felt a little funny entering information online, so I first called and spoke with a very pleasant representative. She was so helpful with confirming stock, shipping options, realistic timing expectations, etc. Everything she told me was completely accurate in the end. I uploaded my RX on their website, ordered on a Friday, and had my equipment on Monday. I will order from here again.

DHM is the best business model. They care about customers. They always have the best deals and fast shipping. They will go far to satisfay their clients. I only deal with them for CPAP supplies.
