The selection is great, prices are very competitive, the ordering process is simple, and shipping is super quick. My only complaint is you seem to have stopped offering any form of free shipping no matter how much is ordered. Please bring back free shipping offers!

The order came fairly quickly compared to most companies in this category. But I ordered a mask/set up and it did not function as was stated. So, I needed to return item, I had to pay $8.95 to return a defective product. I will never use them again.

I didn't find anything out of the ordinary about this company and its website in particular. The prices for the medical equipment I ordered were slightly less expensive than other major distributors/supply companies/online retailers, so I thought sure? Why not try a new website if I'm saving a few bucks. Then I found out they were currently have a discount and I used the code to save even more money which was great. Honestly, the best part about my experience with Direct Home Medical was their incredibly kind and helpful employee, Kathy. She emailed me quickly after my order to sort out an issue with my prescription, responded immediately, and worked with me to make the process simpler because I didn't have everything I needed on hand but she understood the importance of getting my shipment ASAP. I'm happy she works here and so too should be the board or whatever execs/senior people run this company. I interact with countless individuals on a nearly daily basis who work at hospitals, pharmacies, insurance companies, medical supply companies, offices, etc., and it becomes exhausting sometimes dealing with certain personalities when you just need assistance obtaining your medication or equipment or physical therapy. It would truly make a huge difference in my life if everyone was as easy, simple, and nice to work with as Kathy. Hope she's congratulated by her team and treated as she deserves!

Good price good delivery

This company is terrible to do business with. 3/26/26 purchased their Trek S nebulizer which didn't work upon arrival. Called and they sent a replacement as I sent the first one back, the replacement did not work either. Sent the second one back 10 days ago, today 5/4/26 they have no record of the second units return and I am out of my $170.00 purchase price. These folks couldn't grab their own butts with both hands. PITIFUL !
