The order came fairly quickly compared to most companies in this category. But I ordered a mask/set up and it did not function as was stated. So, I needed to return item, I had to pay $8.95 to return a defective product. I will never use them again.

Prices seemed reasonable… I was shopping specifically due to shipping speed. Their ‘standard’ $3-$4 shipping was going to get me my product in 8 days. I chose the $18 shipping option because I would have the product in 4 days… 4 days Faster. My product shipped the same day. But it wouldn’t arrive until 7 days later. So, while I purchased faster shipping for $14 to get my product 4 days faster, I ended up getting it only 1 day faster. Had they been up front and honest about the shipping, I would have chosen the cheap shipping method, or gone to a different site. I reached out multiple times, but the company was not interested in making things right. Basically, ‘it was an estimate, sorry we deceived you.’ I won’t be using Direct Home Medical again.

The cushion doesn't fit securely; it flaps around and fails to create a proper seal, which lets air escape. This has led to a noticeable decline in quality, and it even causes an uncomfortable burning sensation on my facial skin.

I had a VERY difficult time getting my supplies. The person who I spoke with was unhelpful. I had to spend 2 days and hours in the phone to resolve getting my supplies a couple of days early. I asked to speak to a supervisor and no one ever called me. Felt very disappointed! In the end I got what I needed- due to my persistence —-but it did not seem like anyone was trying to help me. Very frustrating.

Haven’t had good first impressions with this company. I ordered a product with 2-4 Day shipping, and eight days later it still hasn’t arrived. I like the fact that the website has the chat feature so you can talk to someone instantly, but when I reached out to them about it, They were more defensive than apologetic. I feel like they should’ve offered to refund the expedited shipping cost. It might just be a one-off, But I’m probably going to use a different company moving forward.

I ordered a CPAP machine on 1/29/24 and it was delivered 2/12/24. The machine was "on sale" for $960.00. On 3/12/24 I got an email from this company advertising items on sale. The machine I purchased the end of January was now "on sale" again but this time for $449.00 ! That's more than a sale to me, that appears to be a clearance price for an older model. I contacted DirectHomeMedical requesting a price adjustment because the price difference was substantial. The representative told me nothing could be done because I was outside the return window. I wasn't trying to return it, I asked for a price adjustment as many companies will do when an item goes on sale within 60 days or so. I had the machine in use for 30 days at the time I got the sale email. I offered a polite opinion that this was poor customer service, and as a result of their inflexibility, they lost my business going forward. This was the second machine I purchased through them. The products they sell are sold by many other companies. The way a business takes care of customers is what makes a difference.

I ordered a CPAP facemask on a Saturday and the item did not get shipped until the following Thursday. They do not work or even answer emails on weekends, and then they are slow to ship during regular business days. I would think that 48 hours on business days is plenty of time to get an item into the hands of the shippers, not 4 days.

This order was duplicated. I apparently and by accident ordered twice thinking the first order had not gone through. It isn't a big deal because I will eventually use all these supplies - but you might want to check your order system to red flag when you get two identical orders for the same person. If this had been a machine or a more costly item, I would have been rather upset. I am sure you can find a simple fix for this. Normally you have an excellent customer service.
