Shopping was easy and I could probably give a better review if I received my order before this survey.

I have be getting my supplies from this company for years and have always rated them at 5 Stars+ in every respect. However, the new website is a frustrating disaster. The one before was simple and clear and easy to use. Now it is a technical disaster, and a confusing mess. It took me in circles and created problems so that an order that was always quick and easy took 10 times longer.

The site has changed from last I ordered, it was a little confusing trying to figure out if I was ordering one unit or 5 units…

The product worked great. I am so happy that I found this product. But the price is too high for this product. I feel like I was being taken advantaged of because I needed to protect the bridge of my nose from my CPAP nose mask. Great product, not great price!

Tubing did not fit bi-pap machine although your descriptions said it should

I was happy about the free shipping and the CPAP mask itself was great BUT the whit hose that connects the mask to the hose of the CPAP was broken...can't use it.

I ordered and paid for a mask assembly on March 24, 2023. It did not ship until March 30, 2023. USPS is slow enough without the order not being processed in a timely manner. Even most Ebay orders ship same or next day. I will seek other sellers next time. And as of this writing on March 31, 2023, it still shows pre-shipment with no anticipated delivery date.

They had what I was looking for at a reasonable price and uploading the prescription was easy. It arrived promptly however one item was missing. It was a back-ordered item essential to the operation of my purchase. The only way I discovered it was back-ordered was a handwritten note on the packing slip, no email or text or phone call. I purchased a usable part locally (30 minutes away) and still have heard nothing on the missing item. I understand item shortages, just wish they had communicated something to me.
