Received product quickly in holiday season.

Order over a week ago and my order is still pending.

Direct Home Medical had a great sale going on for a piece of medical equipment that I would like to have to help my C.O.P.D.. I checked the rating and BBB rated them with a F rating but other ratings rated them very high. I had to make several calls to them and customer service people were just great ! Received my equipment and every thing works fine and I am very happy with and would recommend Direct Home Medical. My thoughts are that BBB needs to revalue them and change their rating. J.A.Ford

The ordering process was not totally transparent about the items included in this set. Nothing to go by except the photo, so I ordered with my fingers crossed! Turned out just fine though. The components were what I needed.
