I left a one star review this week due to the fact I could not get through to Direct Hearing. I finally hung up after waiting for an hour and 5 minutes. I received a phone call today from their CEO Brent Peterson with an explanation as well as an apology. I was grateful he followed up by contacting me personally. I will continue to do business with Direct Hearing in the future.

I had “tried out” different styles of hearing aids prior to connecting with Direct Hearing so I knew what I needed. Grace helped us with the ordering and delivery and they were great in communication. Once I received the product it wasn’t until my online appt where they were adjusted by a clinician that they worked great! I strongly recommend Direct Hearing - they were half the price of nearby audiologists! What a great service!

They sent me a FedEx shipper, I mailed the defective hearing aid and it was delivered back to me in 15 days. No problems.

Sent DH my audiogram from Santa Rosa, Ca at 6pm Tuesday 4/14, as I also ordered the Sphere Infinio Ultras at that time. To my great surprise, they arrived at my doorstep the morning of Friday 4/17….less than 72 hours later. The color I ordered, Chestnut, was one they had in stock in Florida, and was shipped 2 day air. They were pre programmed to my audiogram before I received them. On Saturday, went out to eat at a noisy restaurant, and was very disappointed, as I, per usual, could barely heat a word of the folks right across the table. On 4/22 had my remote session with Nathan, who made a number of adjustments, and explained the spheric noise mode never kicked in since the noise level at the restaurant was not loud enough. My response was it was way loud. He changed the setting so the aids now kicked into spheric mode at a more moderate level. Have been to 2 noisy restaurants since then, and pleased to report, the Sphere’s now perform as advertised. I had lots of trepidation prior to ordering, as at half the price, figured something is wrong w this picture, and was prepared, if necessary, to take advantage of the return policy. But, 3 weeks in from ordering, am very satisfied w the interactions……Trey on the phone prior to order, Nathan from programming…….as well as the results. This from a cynical 78 yo, who has never before written a review of more than 10 words.

As advertised Fast shipping and seems to be quality devices

Not sure which purchase is being inquired about here. So…. 1) hearing aid purchase through Trey was EASY and painless. Great guy, great help. 2). Order for #4 wires - longer than the 3s they came with - was wrong. Got a 4R and a 3R wire. 3). Correction order for wires is pending, due in 5/5. Today is 5/4.

Replaced broken component immediately. Fast, efficient!
