Very happy with my purchase. Great price, good support along the way. The “tuning” of my aids remotely worked very well, The people I’ve spoken to have been positive friendly caring. Highly recommended.

My two and a half year old Signia hearing aids failed and Direct Hearing facilitated warranty service. When they received the hearing aids back, they reprogrammed and shipped them back to me the same day without issue. Direct Hearing as been consistently great.

I found this group, after I had not so great experiences with 2 others selling aids. These guys were a little less expensive and they got my hearing aids pretty quickly. I bought the Signia Styletto and they are the best I’ve had. I’ve worn Phonak for 3 years and I was never fully satisfied. I have also worn Horizon, not good—terrible feedback, and OTC Jabra, and they were very good, but not quite good enough. Streaming music and talking on the phone were not incredible. The Stylettos are the best for me.

A significant improvement in my hearing. I also appreciate the ability to recharge the aids during the night.

Excellent service. The hearing aids arrived already programmed using the audiogram I submitted. A virtual appointment with a technician made some additional tweaks and answered some questions, and I'm hearing better than I have in a long time. Much easier than fighting with an overbooked audiologist for an appointment to have my hearing aids adjusted. Insurance would only pay for hearing aids every 5 years. I was very unhappy with my current pair I've had for 2 and didn't want to wait an additional 3 years to try something else. The price for these hearing aids was only slightly more than my copay would have been. An all around great experience and product! Thank you!
