My overall experience with Direct Hearing was excellent. From the sales aspect to the personal fitting of the hearing aids. Will, my technician, was patient and thorough continuously explaining his actions throughout the process, as well as answering my questions. When I needed another adjustment a day later, he responded by email immediately and set up another session for the adjustment. I appreciated Will letting me know that he has hearing loss and uses hearing aids. It is nice to know that the technician personal understands what you are experiencing, especially for me as a first time user of hearing aids. I would recommend Direct Hearing.

I sent them several emails asking for cancelation. They did not contact me. They shipped the item so I emailed again asking for a resolution per their "guarantee". Radio silence. Having to dispute with credit card company.

Great customer service and the price was too good to be true! I will recommend Direct Hearing to all that are looking for top quality hearing aids with a great buying experience.

As I was shopping around around for hearing aid devices, and the price with Direct Hearing was very competiitive. Ordering was easy and everything went great. Then came the customer service for the intial set-up.... Will (my csr) was outstanding. He made this situation great!

Did my research after going to my local ENT Specialist. Needed hearing aids and was going to purchase through them at a cost of about $6k. After looking I thought this is too good to be true. I could pay half of what I would have to pay at the ENT. Reviewed all the reports and reviews. Finally called and spoke to Trey. Made the leap of faith and in 5-days I had my new premium hearing aids. So glad I found this company.
