Quick, Quick, Quick. Delivered in beautiful packaging

I ordered eau de parfum, but received eau de toilette. I overpaid, but can't prove anything, because they never emailed me an order confirmation. All I got was an order number when I completed my order. I did receive the product in less than a week, though

The product was great, but it arrived late even though I paid for guaranteed overnight delivery. Paid Sunday to deliver on Tuesday (Not sure how that becomes overnight). The website was not working for tracking and it finally came on Wednesday.

Love the lip scrub and the formula. Also the packaging was very nice and well done that everything was in perfect condition when it reached me.

Compared to Chanel, I am quite disappointed. First of all, the illuminating powder I purchased did not come with a brush as the last version of this powder had. Secondly, I was expecting a box and everything beautifully packaged. It was not. My items arrived in a flimsy envelope-type packaging. Not high class in the least! I suppose it was a tiny step up from YSL who tosses items straight into a cardboard box, yet neither can compare to Chanel, in presentation or quality. Never again. I will, though, continue to buy the items I do like from Dior (mainly shadow palettes and some lipsticks) on eBay. There is no incentive here to shop from their site at all! And, I forgot to mention they only ship free if you spend a certain amount. Not Chanel! Ladies, trust me, eBay is where to shop for authentic NIB Dior at half the price!

I really enjoyed all of the complimentary items delivered alongside my purchase. Even down to the little details of the box it's shipped in, its very nicely packaged and I was impressed/satisfied.

The perfume is great!

I could not complete the purchase through the site. However, the representative on the phone was very helpful. I had to complete the purchase over the phone. The item arrived before its estimated delivery date.
