The true is that in an hour more or less the pigment of the arround the both lips is loosing an in the center the color get like a golden color. I placed two separate orders for the same item, one for myself and the other one to give as a gift. I paid extra for both of them to be delivered via 2nd day delivery. One of my orders did not arrive until the fifth day after my order and the other had not even been processed by the 5th day. When I contacted customer service (both online and on the phone) they were very limited in what they could offer me as solutions. I was promised follow up emails with tracking numbers but never received any. So to say the least, I am extremely disappointed!
