Packaged beautifully, and of course I love all of my products. Will shop again.

I was reviewing and comparing prices for Dior's perfume "Dune" on several sites and not very happy with the posted prices (very inflated) and time pressured coupons to purchase at a lower price. I thought "why not go on the Dior web site and see what price they are asking. The price was the same as the other site with the coupon but included samples and free shipping.I have always bought my perfume in a department store and can no longer get Dune anywhere so I had to resort to the computer which I'm not used to or very good with. A very pleasant Dior experience. Site was easy to use, had a fair price, gave some free samples (who does not like free?), sent it off wrapped in beautiful packaging ( it made me feel so special) and arrived within 48 hours. The other site would have sent it in a dull brown box, no samples and charged shipping and I would have waited 5-19 days to receive it! When I run out and need more I'll know right where to go!

The package is lost. No shipping notifications from Dior. I have just filed a complaint to UPS and I think a replacement of my order should be sent.

Such a beautiful box and delivery w/ samples .. well done .. a real treat .. been using Airlflash for ever now ... expensive.. but worth it ! Truly Tiffany

Very bad service. I after processed my order few days after, they automatic cancel without any reason. I try to purchase Dior product again for a lipstick and it was wrong color. Very bad service.
