Not giving 5 stars just because shipping takes a lot of time. It took 8 working days to arrive. Chanel arrives in 4 working days

Shipping arrived much later than the original estimated date. I also believe the products themselves cost a good bit more than they are actually worth.

What a tremendous waste of materials to mail! If you stop the automatic gift box and almost-impossible to open mailing box you could reduce our costs significantly let bottle. Who designed the machine grey mailing box with no obvious flap to open? Door is overly impressed with themselves and out of touch with the reality of recycling. This is 2020 now. Stop the waste!!! All you need is a sturdy envelope and bubble wrap.

Great product and fast shipping. Love the additional goodies with my fragrance purchase, but was disappointed that one of the Christmas ornaments arrived broken.
