My airflash canister was defective. I had to call customer service twice. They would not replace it until it went through a full quality department investigation of sorts (with pictures and everything). I’m still waiting to hear from them. Ordering online has not it been worth it! Poor customer service! I will be going to Nordstrom’s to buy my makeup from now on. They would’ve returned it and replaced it immediately with no questions asked! This was absolutely ridiculous!

Ordering from Dior is simple and ever so much easier than trying to find the right color at the nearest department store. Note: they never have the color I need elsewhere.
