I’m a first time buyer. The customer services and the follow up were of poor quality. I just wish the service was as good as your products. I had a hard time getting information back from a simple email of were my packages to a follow up on what’s going on with my package. I get apologies but I didn’t get any information. I would tell friends to be Cautious with ordering with Dior because they will have to wrestle for information. Also I received my package late even tho I paid for 2 day shipping. Customer service has fail on doing there jobs and they have fail me as a customer.
