Very expensive!

Shopping at Dior,com is always a pleasant experience. I buy all my cosmetics from Dior. and love them! Oh, and unwrapping the package is like receiving a gift!

I love the Capture Dreamskin cushion foundation non-tinted. I use other Dior makeup and skincare products but I’ve never used this one. It makes my skin so smooth and even toned. I will be ordering more of this in the future. I also love the lip tattoo. Travel size Dior Prestige is very lovely. It is great to try the sample size before I can buy, especially when purchasing online. Packaging was excellent as usual. Love the touch of gold sparkly lettering on ribbon and wrapping paper for the holiday season. I love ordering online directly from Dior.com. The care you put in to the packaging shows you care not only about the products you sell but also the customers who receive them. Dior has excellent customer care both online and at the boutique.

Expensive products. Slow order processing. Took them 2 days from order date to ship product. Ordered on 12/17, shipped on 12/19 and received on 12/26. Opted for the free ground shipping. A $5 3 day shipping option would've been nice. Website was slow during my online shopping.

Incredible service

It’s been more than a week since order was placed - it hasn’t been shipped yet! Ridiculous
