When I place an order, I use code: holiday19. The gift shows the perfume travel outfit and Dior's bracelet, and two other samples, but after I paid, there are only two samples. The perfume travel outfit and bracelet are gone. I don't know what happened? Why? I send an email to ask: Will I receive perfume travel gear and bracelets? If not, I choose to cancel the order. Thank you. However, the reply on the second day of the email said that the gift was over, and I responded to the cancellation of the order. On the third day, the email returned to me, and said that I could not get the canceled order, and I could return it after receiving the goods. In the end, it was sent to me. However, the shipping cost of the return is borne by myself. I am not happy. If I do not pay the shipping cost, I am forced to purchase the product. At the beginning, I only need to cancel the order. However, I had No choice, this is the worst shopping experience I feel. Don't want to buy again in the future.

Saw the review of this LUXE lip gloss and just had to have it. Ordered directly from Dior, just because - and OMG. The package is worth almost as much as the fabulous lip gloss. Beautifully boxed and ribbon wrapped, I felt like a STAR just opening my order. The gloss is very glossy, very rich and feels very nice. I'm not crazy about the applicator - seems a bit large and gives me worry that I'm going to go outside my penciled lip line. But I give it 5 starts for delivery, packaging and super rich glossiness.
