Amazing packaging and all the samples were adorable and perfect! I got the Savauge Dior cologne for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day since it’s his favorite so I can’t wait for him to see it ! They wrapped it in a gift box for me perfectly !

I ordered two 100ml Parfums of Dolce Vita. The package arrived with just one in it! When I contacted customer service, they tried to blame it on UPS, when, in fact, the package was intact and perfect. Someone just “forgot” to put one in! It’s an expensive parfume valued over $100. I am so disappointed with Dior and their customer service. To date, no refund was given or my second parfume sent.

I tried to contact Dior customer service several times. Calling but was unable to leave a voicemail or connect with anyone! My call was disconnected each and every time. Your mailbox was full so couldn’t leave a voice mail. The chat function doesn’t work but I tried emailing as well. Never heard back. I would have ordered multiple products but because of this bad customer experience, I would never shop with Dior nor would I recommend any of my family, friends or colleagues to do so. Very disappointed. You really lost a (what could have been) a loyal customer. N
