Horrible customer service....

Interesting packaging but very wasteful, I do not mind paying for your product, but the bow, box , paper fillings , etc , are throw aways and unnecessary . I loved the first 2 products I purchased, but the last one , a lipstick, was a disappointing, shade was too light ...difficult to chose online...no way to really know before you receive the product, but then it is too late...

I think that all the swags you put in the delivery are very cheap when I see the quality of your products. Save the planet by not sending this because it is not aligned with the image of your brands. If you knew a bit more your customers, you should know that they have higher expectations and simply based on the prices of your products. i would prefer not to have anything with the products I buy than cheap goodies

I’ve been looking for this perfume for a while now and was worried about receiving a knock-off from another site. I decided to buy right from the Dior site and was not disappointed. The packaging was really beautiful and the perfume was exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll definitely make sure to purchase directly from them from now on.

Luxurious service! I love Diorissimo! Have loved it since my mom got it as a gift and I smelled it when I was 8 years old. I hope Dior never discontinues it. The product came nicely wrapped in a gift box. I recommend everyone buy their cosmetics from original company to avoid fakes.

Excellent service as always! The Dior wrapping always makes a fabulous impression when giving a gift.

Beautifully packaged. It could have shorter delivery time.
